Biofuels Outpost Station Associate

Bently Biofuels Company, a family company located in Minden, is seeking a Retail Associate for our Biofuels Station and Retail Store located on Buckeye Road. Hours will be approximately 32 hours per week, must be able to work Saturdays as needed. Health insurance benefits and 401 (k) benefits after completion of 90 days of employment.

Qualifications required:

• At least 1 yr recent (within the last 3-5 yrs) experience in a customer service position in a retail environment, using an electronic cash register or a Micros of system or other pin of sales system and safe food handling preparation experience.
• Excellent communication skills, personable, friendly, customer service oriented
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
• Must be at least 21 years old

Part Time Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper

Bently Biofuels Company, a family company, located in Minden, is seeking a Part Time (10-20 hrs per week) Clerk/Bookkeeper with experience in A/P, A/R, and G/L. Knowledge of financial statement components required. In addition to accounting duties, position will assist with general administrative duties for department. Part-time hours will be scheduled to work on site during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm and work will be performed on site.

Qualified candidates must possess:

• At least one year of bookkeeping experience, completion of introductory accounting classes. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated experience with integrated accounting system packages, QuickBooks a plus, Excel and Word required.

Pay Range: $12 - $16 per hour DOE
