Natural, renewable resources such as vegetable oils and recycled restaurant greases can be chemically transformed into clean-burning biodiesel fuels. As its name implies, biodiesel is like diesel fuel except that it's organically produced. It's also safe for the environment, biodegradable, and produces significantly less air pollution than diesel fuel. It even smells better than diesel fuel - it smells like french fries, donuts, or barbecue.

Biodiesel is RENEWABLE. This means we can produce more to replace what we use. In contrast, Petroleum diesel (also called dino-diesel) comes from underground. It takes millions of years for petroleum to be created underground. Once petroleum is used it can not be replaced.

Biodiesel reduces the amount of greenhouse gases put into our air. Greenhouse gases are believed to be causing the temperature of the earth to slowly increase. Biodiesel is made from products that are grown and produced here in the USA which creates jobs for American farmers and workers.
Biodiesel, is safer to handle, less toxic, and has less impact on the environment than petroleum diesel. Biodiesel can be substituted for or blended with petroleum diesel in all diesel engines or even used as a substitute for heating oil. Little or no modification is needed to equipment or operations to take advantage of this clean, renewable fuel.
